Wow: This is cool...never get to see new boats being delivered to the happy parents. Any names for your new baby?

Cats Paw

I am eager to see a pic of the boat soon with water underneath.    Looking Good!

Its exciting.  Won't probably get the boat for 5-8 weeks...the marina is still frozen over.
So far the name is Waters End.  That's the one I like, but we may come up with a different one by the time the boat shows up.  We have a vacation home 3 hours north of Milwaukee, and the road that leads to our street is Waters End Road.  It goes from one shore of the Door County peninsula to the other (from the bay to the lake).  It is a beautiful drive, and I thought it would be a good name.
You can see that the only wood on the outside of the boat is the tiller and bow sprit.  Low maintenance!

Looks great! Do these have their own hull number series, or are they just lumped in with the other Horizons? I don't know why that question came to mind.

Also, in some pictures, I see hardware sticking down from trailer struts. If you have a road with deep ruts, maybe that stuff would drag. I'll bet that's a rare thing though.

You planning on overnighting at all? I've long wondered about the HC in general and also the HC Day version like this.

I think they are lumped with the HC#s, but not 100% sure.  Mine is #107.
We just daysail.  The cabin would be pretty tight for overnighting.
I'll have to check the trailer pics closer...did not see anything that would be a problem.
