Are you threatening me, No Mas? As if that was your real name. The brave and intrepid PeterG and I were on the phone and barring a national disaster or those pesky North Koreans dropping another of their little bombs, I will be there.

Bob23

Well wouldn't call it a threat, just a promise! :)

Glad to hear PeterG has moved from being infamous to brave and intrepid!

It would be useful to weigh in on our spouses attending. Mine is down to come if other ladies are coming.

Probably not for my wife.  She may have to work.

I do believe that my bride will be in attendance at the CBMWG. Since this is a black tie event, she will get the jewels from the safe!

Susan (Miss No Mas) will be coming then!

It's always nice to bring the family jewels!  :)

The Admiral will not be attending and has threatened that should I bring a girlfriend, I'll be court martialed, divorced and murdered in a slow and painful fashion. She didn't mention in what order. What a lady!!!!

Mas

Well Bob 23,

It's because you already have another girlfriend! Hmmm....think her name starts with K or sumpthin about that!

Here's hoping you guys have a great time this weekend. Will have to wait to be introduced to the Admiral another time.

Cheers!

I could bring the fur baby....Freyja, but I think that Dockside wouldn't let her in.  LOL.  Freyja is my puppy.  She is a 110 pound puppy.

Sorry that Bob's wife won't make it.  I will work on mine but I don't think that she can come. So far she has had to work the weekends that I am off.

I am hoping that she will try a trip on Saga this year.  I want to get her to go with me to Leonardtown, MD for an overnight trip. There is part of me that hoped that she would like the Compac because it would be easier for her control and learn on.  So far, no go.

Well Heave we have to talk in hushed tones about the CBMWG around our home because our dog, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, will think it is all about him. Bay (he goes by his middle name) wishes to be the center of attention and usually is! He already believes the Bay was named after him and he so loves his water and will break ice with his chest just to swim. We will leave him home because he simply would not understand not being part of it in case Dockside thought about excluding him. Plus he is known to spill beer and then look at us with a "don't get up, I'll just lap it up" expression that has led us to believe the "spills" might be purposeful. :)

Freyja is a Maso Mastiff.  She should be 120 pounds at 2 years.  She is well on her way.  Great dog.

Okay, so I'm still working out the details with Bob23, but it's looking good that I'll be attending.

Sounds Great! Try to bring the lady in your life so our's will have company! Know Bob23's Admiral will probably not be coming so there's more room for the two of you!

Got two ladies on board so far, plus it'll help us from getting thrown out by Dockside if there are more ladies present. :)

Looks like you all had a great time at the Mid Winter Bash up there.

I told you: I cannot bring the lady of my life or the Admiral will chop me into little pieces, Jimmy Hoffa style. Looking forward to meeting all you Chesapeake Characters!

K3v1n

Yeah... sorry the Wife can't make it she has an accounting seminar to attend that weekend which frees me up to go, albeit alone.

Well my wife can hold her own with a room full of dudes! PeterG's lady will be in attendance so there will be some sorority.

May try to get to the boat either before or after this bash. she needs new port gaskets. Shoulda dun em earlier but why when you can do it in the cold of winter after they have leaked! PeterG did suggest i do them way back in November, warm November! Now i need to redo a little teak paneling as well. Well the beer will stay cold!

Peter's wife Becky will have her hand full trying to keep Peter under control. Trust me. They are both wonderful people. Remind me to tell the story of when we met at a Barnegat Bay Bash and I threatened to steal her! Hahahaha!!!!!!
