Okay, looks like we have a date: SEPTEMBER 11,12 AND 13. In case of a nor-easter we still have the following weekend (sorry Tim). Now it's time for me to try and stay quiet until the CLR event has happened. Lots and lots to do on Pegasus.

I'm glad you got the ball rolling early, Marty. I really don't have the time right now with the CLR and Blackburn Challenge in a little over a week. Actually, the Blackburn is just training for the BBB rowing race. I hear that you and Cap't Elk are coming back with a vengeance!!!!

OMG! I made a big boo, boo! My youngest son is getting married on September 12th! What to do?

I am considering attending also, if stars align, and you'll accept.  I'm relative new to the forum, I bought an Eclipse earlier this year (and met/sailed with Mike K once +/- again this week).
Weekend of 25-7 looks preferable for me.  11-13 might be tougher for me to make, but potential.

Marty, Marty, Marty, Marty!

What about the weekend after the wedding? The19th?

Marty, what to do? The obvious solution is to have your son hold the wedding at BBB! Simple, see?

MKBLK

Tim - Works for me!

Bob - I already tried that. Thought it was a reasonable compromise. nada.

Ikm - Hope you can make it with your Eclipse.

BBB-2015 is looking bigger and better.

Is everyone okay with September 19,20,21? I heard that a nor-easter is predicted for both the previous and later weekends!

Hi Guys,

Marty, it looks like we'll never have everyone's schedule sync up.  Such is life for the BBB instigator job....

As I mentioned in a previous post of possible free weekends, I can't make the weekend of Sept 19-21. I already booked a 3 day bareboat charter from Annapolis to St. Michaels MD for our wedding anniversary.

I'm not saying don't have the BBB that weekend, I'm just saying I can't attend.  If you guys do make it that weekend, I'll be thinking about you as I cross the Chesapeake Bay!

As a side note, I invited Larry (lkm) who is a new owner of an Eclipse, and he's mulling it over, depending on the final date.  But I haven't seen previous attendees weigh in such as EagleEye or Elk River.  Do you think they saw the post?  Should we send them some e-mails in case they haven't seen the posting?

Well, if you can't come, what's the point! Ha, ha, just kidding. Of course that means that Tim may have run out of excuses! I'm sure you won't be feeling any pain on your cruise with Cathay. Have a wonderful time on Chesapeake Bay.

Hopefully, Larry will not be scared off by the likes of Bob or me or the rest of the motley crew.

Hey Brad and Allen: "Are you out there?!"

Hi Guys:

Unfortunately for you, I am still here.  The 18th to the 20th of Sept. won't work for us as we are booked into a truck camper rally that weekend.  The original idea of 25 - 27 Sept. does work for us, however.  Right now, Blue Heaven is on her trailer hopefully headed to Wellfleet on Cape Cod, leaving tomorrow, the 20th.  I have to load the camper on and then see how well the trailer fits at the coupler.  I have to make up some longer safety chains, also.

With all those dates being thrown around, I say again that I have to stick with the original idea: 25 - 27 Sep.

Boy, oh boy... what a can of worms (that yours truly opened)! It seems that September 25,26 and 27 are the dates that most can attend. I was going to post a poll, but it seems that option has vanished. So, please yea or nay me regarding these date(s).

Marty K.

P.S. Hope those attending CLR have a great time and perfect weather.

Mike is a "YEA" for Sept 25-27.

Once the date does get set in "concrete", I will ask my nephew if he wants to come out with us in his CP16 or come along with me.  And I'll ask his dad if he can carry all our beer and wine in his stinkpot with its refrigerator and a real head!

I'll just have to forgo the BBB 2015.  BUT I'd like to have you guys down here in later Oct for a SML-CPR if anybody can make it.

Marty, the poll feature is still there, just look slightly off the right of the "reply" button on the bottom of posts.
