So, the game's afoot!! Yes, let the discussion begin and yes, July is fine! The only weekend in July that I could not make it is the 15th. Blackburn Challenge rowing race around Cape Ann, MA.
Chime in mates and let's make this happen!

Either is good for me. What say ye other Compac-o-nauts? I thought the Captain's Inn worked out fine for the Mid Winter Gathering so we could plan there for the Bash dinner.
Thoughts?

We also need to find a new place to berth our boats. I believe the Captain's Inn has slips. Any thoughts Bob?

Yer readin' my mind and you know that's not easy. I was going to stop over there on the weekend to scope out the situation. In the past we did get slips there.

So did ya check out the mooring sitch?

I make a motion for July 22nd, as the 8th seems to close after the 4th.

All in favor, say aye. All against, nay. The ayes have it, motion carried.

You know, I always have an excuse for not showing up at these events.  This time I'm scheduled for knee replacement surgery on 05/25.  Not sure if I will be rehabbed by then.

Excuses, excuses. Just be there! A little PBR on the knee will work wonders!

Got a call from my surgeon's scheduler. Got the surgery moved up to April 19th. ~5 weeks sooner! Let's see, that's 10 weeks before the BBB.  Rehab anyone?

Good news Tim! We're expecting you!

Tim,  you'll be walking on it when you leave the surgery center and in P.T. within 48 hours.  I lost the walker by day 3 and was riding my bike to P.T. by the 2nd week.  Although I had to raise the seat 2" to compensate for the lack of flexation.

Good luck and I hope the final results are better than mine.
