Never found it, so Joanie  hired a walker for me.  Man those other customers stop at every mailbox post and hydrant.  We hardly put any miles on at all!

Yes, it appears the July 22nd is the date! More details will be forthcoming, I'm sure.

Bob,

Details really not necessary, sail south, look for best looking boats on the bay, and the most haggard and weather beaten crews, and we are there?

Yeah that's about right Brian. So to recap, the famous Barnegat Bay Bash will be held on July 22nd in the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty three. Since the boat slips at the Captain's Inn and Southwinds Marina have become unavailable, I'll see if the slip next to me at Long Key Marina is available for the Bash.

Looks like it's only 2 boats this year, but still a fun time could be had, weather permitting of course.

Stay tuned for more breaking news!

I'll crew with you Bob.
What about dinner Friday night?

That's be fine! I'd be honored to have The Founder of the Bash aboard!
Dinner Friday night will happen, not sure where but it's a small group this year so it shouldn't be very hard to organize.

Stay tuned for more...

Bash 2023 update! Aa you can see, a grand time was had at the Friday night "Meet and greet, eat, drink and be merry" dinner on Friday. Although attendance was lower than in some bashes, it was also higher than others as well. One year there was only one in attendance- me, and it was boring as boring could be!

Kev, the originator of this epic event joined me for a voyage on the mighty Koinonia where we beat every sailboat that we raced! Not too shabby for a 38 year old 23! Kev brought the subs, I supplied the PBR and a grand time was had by all. After we put the yacht away, we enjoyed one of the last beers at the famous Golden Rock cafe!

All in all, a fabulous day! Stay tuned for a possible Bash #2!
