Raising Mast with roller furlingon CP 19 by Single person

Spent all day running around trying to get my car working, completely blew a perfect sailing day.

I've no experience raising a mast on C-P sloops (I'm a PC and HC owner), but the other day at the lake I helped a guy raise his mast on a Sovereign 20(?) sloop. He had repurposed his mainsheet tackle which included the cam cleat gear and attached it to the forestay fitting. The cam cleat allowed us to pause the process when needed. He also had rope helper shrouds to stabilize the mast laterally. I can't add too much else since I was in the middle of doing my own stuff and just stopped by to lend a hand tailing the line.

Oh, and the Sovereign(?) was for sale. It appeared to be in great condition. No connection to this boat other than what I described above.
