Heck we are still a tentative yes but breweries are always tops on our list! We, even if confirmed, will defer to those who know!

Any train depots nearby anything? On the Southern Crescent line from Charlottesville.

The Admiral and I will not be attending due to a conflict on the 3/11 date.  That's St. Patty's day at our church, and I have the role of Bobby for the jail.  We make o'lot of o'money collecting bail for charity.

That's too bad but we'll all have mucho opportunity to bail you out in 4 days!!

Suzie and I are looking foreword to getting away and meeting up with our friends once again.  Are we set on the location yet?  We are good with the brewery idea but will be open to any suggestions from the folks that live in the area.

On the water sounds great.  Maggie's looks good.  They appear to be out of the city a bit making parking easier and hotels are more affordable.

Well, 3/11 is fast approaching so I guess I better get off my butt. Since Tim and Vicki are not attending and I believe were the only dissenters to Cape May, what do you guys thing? Which way is everyone leaning? Maggies? Kev, have you been to these? Sounds like either may be nicer than Cape May as Lucky Bones is pretty casual...like all of us! Regardless of where, lets nail it down by the middle of next week, ayuh? to give Allen time to make his reservation.
Ok...off to work now!

Hey everyone, I'm super new to the group but hope to make it to the outing. I'm out on leave at the moment with a foot(feet) issue but hopefully will be able to drive to the location. I'm from the Philadelphia area so no matter the location it shouldn't be too far. Look forward to hopefully meeting to everyone.

Mates:
The epic 5th annual Mid Winter gathering of the East Coast Compac-o-nauts is upon us! 2 weeks from today. I am hereby casting my vote for Maggies. We have lots of choices but not much time. Lets get some conversation going here. It seems to be a central location for those PA sailors, not too far for us and as far as Allen and Suzie, well they like driving anyway. Seriously, they are driving a considerable distance and I think they plan to stay over so we should make a decision soon, like now for their sake. After all, Allen has graciously offered to underwrite this entire event! What a guy!!!
Can we get a final headcount:
Me and the Admiral
Kev and Lesa
Marty and Barbara
Pedro and Becky-are you guys coming?
Allen and Suzie
Heave and Jackie?
Rick and Susan?
Reighman and mate?
Am I missing anyone? Speak now of forever hold your peace.
Yours for the cause, Bob23

Maggie's it is then! There is a park area with a walk along the water. Here is a drone video that gives a great aerial view of the area. Looks like they have second floor seating which would offer a great view of the rivah!

OK... Maggie's it is.   All sounds great except for that underwriter clause.  The way Bob consumes PBR I would have to auction off my anchor!  Let me go start polishing....

Well the first mate just gave me a funny look regarding this event so she'll be staying home with my future first mate, our 3month old son. Barring a setback with my feet I'll be there!
