Selling our 1983 Com-Pac 19, hull #101. Ready to walk on and sail.
Asking price $4500.00. Willing to negotiate: we want someone to be sailing her!

Located near Annapolis, MD (slipped in Mayo, MD)
1983 Com-Pac Yacht 19'
this model includes sink (with lots of storage underneath) and fresh water reservoir (see photos)
Shoal keel (2' draft, 800 lb ballast)
2000 lb displacement
3 sails (main & jib age uncertain, genoa 1989), all in good condition (but they are their age)
Boat is registered in MD (where she sails)
1982 Magic-Tilt trailer in good condition, all lights work. Trailer is licensed and titled in VA (where we live)
BRAND NEW Yamaha long-shaft 4-stroke 6HP outboard (less than 10 hours of run time - worth $2K!)
12V battery (nearly new) with installed kill switch and trickle charger; wiring in boat and all lights work
New depth sounder (less than 2 yrs old)
Berth cushions in excellent shape ("sleeps 4")
Swim ladder
Boat was in freshwater lake until 2013, slipped in brackish water last two year, now in dry dock on the trailer
Bottom treated and painted in 2013 with approved ablative paint (should be repainted before going back into salt water)
Many accessories included (boat hooks, fire extinguisher, extra life jackets, more)
Two anchors, *unused* camping porta-potty included
Main sail cover included
Teak is a bit weathered, but no serious cracks or damage to fiberglass
