After looking up swing arm mounts in this forum, I built a swing out holder for my GPS, VHS, cell phone, etc.  I pursed the cheapest TV swing mount I could find on Amazon, added a plastic "stuff" holder and mounted them on a stained and varnished board.  It will work perfect.  Total cost was less that $25.

I also saw that some one asked "how do you carry your mast"?  I built a removable mast crutch out of PCV.  Inexpensive, portable and works really well.

And finally...If the pictures showed up on this posting, it is thanks to "brackish" and his excellent but simple instructions.  If they do not show up, it is because I am still a simpleton.

Gerry,
When you paste the link that you copy from Photobucket, it should look something like this (I've intentionally removed brackets):

...and render this:

Gerry, congratulations on not turning one project into many!  Project creep has a way of creating an unstoppable series of ideas and tasks, so good on ya' for keeping it simple! :)

Do share the name or part number of the TV stand.

P.S. I'll send you my phone # to help with posting pictures.
