Bob,
I recently sold my Corsair and acquired a 23 pilot house for cruising, so I decided to come again to this forum.
Going over some old posts I read yours about your daughter moving to Punta Gorda. I still live here, and was wondering if you visit here often, or maybe you caved to the SW Florida life and moved here.
Either way if you are in the area let's go for a sail. I keep the boat on Alligator Creek so it's a short scenic ride to the harbor.
