Painting

Good morning, just purchased a CP-19. Can't wait for spring. The bottom could use a fresh coat of paint, since the boat is on a trailer, resting comfortably, I would like to know if I can use a hydraulic jack , under the keel to raise the boat up enough to apply paint? If not what other options do I have? Thank you,
