well carlyle lake is finally over its flooding. all the ramps are open and are in great shape. we sailed yesterday and had a great time with average speeds in the fours and top speed at about 5.3 knots. the water is also still warm enough for swimming.

i just bought a new to me 1981Com-pac 16 and have taken off a few days in mid September to go to Carlyle Lake to learn how to handle to boat. Glad to hear the level is going back to normal.
