Long Shot - Housing/Boat Swap

[Sedona Don]

I have a Com-Pac 23d that is presently at a marina in San Diego and I live in Sedona, AZ in a single family home on a golf course.    Sedona is a beautiful town with amazing red rock views/trails not far from the Grand Canyon.   I am interested in spending some time on the East Coast ..... Florida, Chesapeake, Carolinas.   Anyone want to explore the possibility of swapping houses and boats for a period of weeks or months?
