  This Saturday while working on Koinoina, I had a question about the rudder hold down bracket that I just purchased. Thinking I might get someone in the shop, I gave them a call. What a pleasant surprise to get Rich (or Gerry- can't remember which) on the phone at about 10:15. He was super knowlegible about the part and had the correct answer right at hand. We had a brief chat and I hung up, resuming my work.
  15 minutes later, I remembered I had another question so I called back only to get the other Hutchins brother on the phone and, again, he knew the answer to my question, involving an older Compac boat.
  No answering machine...no press 1, press 2, press 3, etc. Just real people who happen to own the company, polite and eager to serve. Guys: If you read this stuff: in my book, you set the standard for customer service! Thank you!
