   bob, like you i have never sailed on a suncat. if i had the money (and i dont) i would buy and eclipse. shes pretty, roomy, easy to rig and trailer, has a jib, and sails like a witch. nothing against a cat boat but i am just partial to a sloop.

Kick:
   At BBB 2013 I was aboard an Eclipse and was surprised at how much room was down thar. I'm not a fan of open transom boats however but I do like a sloop rig.
   Of course, the upside to this apparent dilemma, is that I own a perfectly good 23 so if this idea dissolves, she and I will be sailing this summer. I should be honored that she still keeps me around!

Scrape together some coin (i'm sure Guido and Vinnie can help) and bring it to CLR.

You'll have to drive up north for this, but you'll only have to trailer it home.
