Old age and arthritis mandate that I sell my still like-new and highly customized 2013 Com-Pac Pilothouse 23.  This boat represents the culmination of over sixty five years of sailing and ownership of eleven cruising sailboats from 17 feet to 42 feet.  The boat was built with no exterior teak (but plenty inside) using instead stainiless hand rails and Starboard for doors and hatch slides.  The boat has both dual helm stations and dual engine controls.
