Fellow CLR attendees,

After long efforts of gathering pictures, editing issues and computer technical issues, the 2014 CLR DVD is now completed.  I'll be mailing them as time allows over the coming week.  New 2014 attendees will need to personal message me your USPS domestic shipping address to receive a copy.  The sooner the better!

This is the best DVD yet.  Shame I couldn't of been there to join in on the fun!

Of course I'll take one. Thanks for putting all the work into making this! Comes in handy on dark and cold winter nights.

Thanks so much for doing this again Mike.  I hope to get some interesting shots next year for the DVD with our new Go Pro Hero4 Silver camera.  I just ordered it last night.  I've wanted a Go Pro for a couple of years, but the money was too hard to part with.  Monday morning I received a $100 prepaid Visa as a congratulations gift at work and then when I got home there was an email from another forum that I had won $250 at a marine supply store.  How sweet was that!  So for $50 I got to order the camera.

Maybe we could just attach it to Kickingbug's hat and get a view of what he sees way up there.

mike, sarah and i cant thank you enough. when that snow is a blowin the clr dvd really takes the chill off. let me know what i owe you . hey this gives me an opportunity to play the clr nazi and send out this directive to the clr army-----next year take a lot and i mean a lot of pics and lets get them to the producer in a timely fashion (i know mike im guilty as charged). i was thinking that next year that along with the spontaneous pics that people take we could assign certain sailors to take lots of pics of one of the other boats under sail. who wouldnt want a nice pic of their craft under canvas with a smiling skipper and crew? again mike, thanks so much----we missed you and becky so much this year that you better---and i mean it-----better be their in july.   hint the "trophies" are worth the trip!     also let me propose a t shirt idea ( i know a long way off right). how about using the CLR logo that mike came up with for the stickers and use it on the shirts-----small one on the pocket----larger one on the back   assorted colors.  simple and classy.

Mike:
I would also like to contribute some $ toward the DVD. Let me know...or I could buy your PBR at CLR 2015! Your choice!
In other news, Steve mentioned that you provided the oval CLR stickers. Do you have a source? I'd like to do some BBB 2015 stickers as well.
thanks,

Bob I'll have to ask The Admiral where she procured the stickers. Will let you know.  It was one of those online places where you could design your own sticker. They were only about $.50/each if memory serves.
BTW the memory card you sent is taped inside the envelope.

The DVD's are in the mail!   You guys might notice some skipping in the first song.  I'm curious to know if anyone experiences this. You might not.
Also sent one to Gerry Hutchins and Doug Martindale...one of the original CLR attendees who sold his Com-pacs a while back.

Why stop there...we need aerial footage!!  Up the mast he goes!!  :)  What a raft up pic that would be.
Work on that Steve and put the pic on the following years t-shirt.

For all the CLR Christmas card recipients this year, you'll notice I wrapped your present in lieu of a card in pretty yellow wrapping paper.  The so-called Christmas card designers this year are using the same pale yellow as those shipping envelopes for their 2014 collection. They even made the paper real thick too.  It's like their Carhartt Christmas collection. Farming is in this year!  I thought it was poor taste and not too Christmas-y but you gotta keep up with the latest trends so..

Alright alright, AALLLL RRIIGGHHTTT!  I hereby pledge to trail the 730 miles to the 2015 CLR with or without the Admiral! Loved the DVD Thanks to Mr. Carpenter for an unsolicited, uncensored copy (Bob, your uncensored photos are really quite revealing, you should see 'em)

Do it Tim! Heck, you're only towing a 19...I'm seriously considering bring my big fat 23 out there. I forget how many miles it was but it was 14 straight hours from door to door. This would be so cool of you'd be there.
UNCENSORED DVD: I don't know if I should watch it or call my lawyer. He'd probably laugh his butt off...never takes me too seriously.

Glad you guys are liking the DVD.  Bob, there is a song on it just for you.  I bet you'll know which one after listening a time or two.

Tim Gardner coming to CLR?   Now THAT will be AWESOME!   Can you fit your SML dock bar in the back of the truck???  :)

P.S.  Bob, Becky doesn't remember where she got the stickers.. It was an online graphics and printing shop.  I rattled off some places in a google search and none of them sounded familiar...sorry bro.

Thanks for making it Salty! We haven't gotten ours yet, but Ginger is waiting by the mailbox patiently! Don't worry, I allow her in from time to time to use the bathroom, eat, and sometimes a nap. I tell her I am watching the mailbox to calm her while she is inside.

I hope some of the pictures we sent you were of some use! 2015 here we come!

Did anyone get pictures of me on that bullhorn?
