Project C16's

I have photos of two C16 located at the Washington Sailing Marina, I Marina Drive, Alexandria VA, 22314.  Ron Hessler is the manager; 703 548-9027.

One with a Bimini and a 4 hp outboard is on a trailer.  The only activity I have seen in the last 5 years is new tires on the trailer, two weeks ago.  This boat has a vertical crack in the keel.

The other has been floating for the 5 years I have seen it, also with no sign of activity through those years.

Both look like they have been almost abandoned; either might be available.

Several other C16's are now gone including Ron's.

Either call Ron, or mail the marina a sealed stamped envelope with your requests and they will put the name and address of the owners and mail your comments to them.

Thank you, Dave:
   But I've had to put this CP 16 idea on the shelf for now. I have some major dental work ($$$) that I'll be starting after the first of the year so there's no extra bucks left for another sailboat. Thanks for looking. I hate to pass up good deals but, as they say- It is what it is!
