First Mate and I are spending more time cruising and the Sun Cat is getting tight for 5 weeks out at a time. We anchor most nights with only a few days in a marina. So a few more comforts would be appreciated. Need to improve the ability to swim from the boat. A BBQ would be nice and a protected steering station. Looking for something with more protection from the sun and weather while travelling. Still need to trailer so we will be going too big.

I fully understand and wish you well, not only in your quest for the next "right" boat, but also in your future cruising adventures.

My "full" understanding is based on extensive cruising and living aboard both larger sailboat and trawler. My cruising adventures, covering thousands of miles including two cruises to the Bahamas, although quite memorable and unforgettable, have regrettably come to an end. Now, my adventures are limited to an occasional solo trip lasting only a few days.

Sail safely.
