Well maintained, ready to sail 1989 Compac 16 sailboat with original trailer, idasailor foiled rudder, rollerfurl jib,integrated depth meter, oarlock mounts, extra sails, etc. all
waiting to be yours for only $2200, or $3000 to include a seldom used, one year old Tohatsu 6HP.  Perfect boat for exploring the SF bay (including the shallower southern end) - hate to part with it but just don't see myself getting the time to enjoy it anytime soon.  This boat seems fairly rare (and perhaps  under appreciated) on the west coast - particularly one in such good condition - please
