1981 Compac 23 for Sale $2800

Ive got a very nice 23' for sale, with motor and brand new mailsail.  two jibs are included, they are older and hank on.  standing and running rigging are in good condition.  comes with several anchors.  
$2800 buys the boat.  Bottom will need a fresh coat of bottom paint in the  spring.

An outboard motor is available for $1000.  It is a 2005 Nissan 4 stroke 6 hp.  with very little use, and always run in freshwater after use.

I'll make a great deal if someone wants it all for $3250. which is alot lower than individually priced.  this boat is ready to sail.

Brand new mainsail from masthead ,   2 weeks ago, two jibs, in decent cond.  boat is solid, needs bottom painting,  veneer under ports is needing attention.  Cushions are perfect and all there.

It's a great deal and I live pretty close (Sarasota), but unfortunately I already have a CP 16 mk I that I'd have to sell first. Do you have a trailor for it?

I do not have a trailer for her.  Although I can borrow one if needed to help deliver. 
The 23 is still for sale , although I have at lease a few people now talking to me, but no deposit in hand yet.

I have located a trailer that is perfect for it.  It can be had for an additional $1000.  If this helps out in your decision making, let me know.
