HAILING DougN -- how 's your 23 - and whats up ?

  Doug been a long time since you  helped me with the bow rail -- it turned out very nice ; what a dream to get a recycled part from a fellow cp23'er upgrade project !
     I was sincere when inviting you over for a dinner BBQ, brews, and lodging her at our place -- plus a free charter cruise on our baby .
        I hope to here from ya-- let me know how things are going with sailing/boat works, life , ect  --OK ?

                                                                                                                                    Mike,I didn't get in the water but close.The new rails. stanchions, rudder, chain plates,and bowsprit are all fabbed and installed.The new hatches and drop boards are put away for winter and the fiberglass ones are back on.The keel repairs(from an encounter with the rocks off the Charities)are done except for paint.New nav lights are in.Now I'm working on the mast hardware for the inner stay and the running back stays.Did a lot of sailing over the season,most of the sailors up here are older and usually short-handed.Also at 60 it's nice to be the "Kid".

Good to here from ya !  And - I did see pic of your new high perch stern rails , nice !  And the trip pics to Apostle Island nice too.
