1989 CP23/3 for sale

Well equipped and maintained 1989 CP23 for sale with dual axle trailer.  $8200 price range.  Located in Indianapolis IN but will travel, I towed this boat 6500 miles in one year, from NC to IN to Tampa Bay, to Northern Lake MI multiple times.  I have sailed offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, and singlehanded across Lake MI and back.  Otherwise kept in a local reservoir at our sailing club.  This is a good, safe, sturdy, and well equipped boat and I cruise on it for week+ trips.

Lots of equipment including bimini, autopilot, air conditioning (yes, you read it right) CDI furler, sail covers, unique single-person mast raising system, full cockpit cushions, depthsounder, two anchors, two new trailer spare tires, porta potty, sink, stove, table,  ....
Price flexible depending on what equipment stays with the boat, or not.  I have 3 different outboards of different types and ages (pick one that suits your needs) 3.5 hp, 6 hp, 9.9 electric start.
