This past weekend my only daughter, Tina, was married to a great guy.  Thought I would share a couple of pics.

Proud dad with the beautiful bride.

Looks like everyone was having a good time laughing at the big goofy guy talking.

Brenda with our two boys Matt and John.

No, it wasn't on a sailboat, but it was on a boat.

Congratulations Mike and Brenda.  Best wishes to the new couple starting a new chapter in their lives.  The youngest of my three sons was married this past June, so now all three married to wonderful women, first grandchild is here and hoping for more.

Congratulations, Mike and Brenda. Your daughter is indeed very beautiful...must get it from B!
I know what your'e thinking..."Bob23 is gonna come out with some wise crack, just wait." Nope, not this time, just a sincere congrats to you and your family. I too have only one daughter and, as I previously mentioned here on the site, she's coming up from Florida with a boyfriend "that it's time for me to meet." Hmmm. Again, congratulations and grog to many happy years and grandchildren!!!

Surprisingly it was my first and only drink from the bar. (Didn't even finish it.). I'm not embarassed to say that the flush on my face was from the emotions that got the best of me all night.  I don't know why, but I kept drinking ice water until the very end when a good friend snuck some Drambuie aboard for a private toast.  That was sweet!

Understood. Just at the thought of giving my daughter away brings tears to my eyes. Again, congratulations. Does your son in law sail?

No, Tony is not a sailor - yet.  I'll be working on that character flaw right away.

Best wishes to you and your newly extended family. A blush from pride beats one from too many libations any day.
