so far we have i think 15 people and 9 boats attending this years clr. i am counting Bruce, Jason and Ginger, John, Rich, Mike and Brenda, Luke and Debbie,Carl and Joanie, Cal and Merry and us. as soon as you can confirm with me i would appreciate it. mainly just to figure the food etc for the saturday night party. i have been informed by jason that all of our boats will be docked together much like last year, makes for good dock parties at night. thanks to everyone. anyone else interested --there is still time   thanks again

Unfortunately there are some things I simply can't reschedule so I won't be able to make it to the clr this year.  Thanks to all the great comments from people on the forum, I've absolutely made the decision to get a C-16 within the next few months...so count me in for next year!

I am on the bubble.  My employeer has determined I am needed in China right about that time so they may be trumping my CRL trip.  Bummer.  I planned on coming last year too and something knocked me out.  I'll know for sure in a couple days.

Bruce, I dont think they need you in China......... but sadly that is just my opinion, and I don't write your checks.... :(

Hope you can make it, this is our first and we are extremely excited!  We havent got much more practice on the boat, but I dont think we will be so bad that we will get harassed too bad!  :)

Only a few weeks away..... so much more work to do........

jason,

don't worry about being harassed.  i've been sailing for years and i still look like i just stole the boat for a "joy ride".

just started a 5 day weekend in order to get the boat ready for clr.  temps finally dropped below 90 so i'll be in the cabin all day.

i'll be coming even if the boat isn't finished.

China trip was nixed so that means Carlyle is "on".  Will be getting there first thing Friday morning.  What do I need to bring food wise?

Great to hear!  You'll have a ball.

Food?  Well as a late entry we (The Official CLR Rules Committee - very prestigious) feel you will be responsible for freshly squeezed orange juice served in chilled wine glasses, a simple but elegant omelet, hash browns mixed with a hint of cheese, fresh fruit of your choice, a bit of bread pudding and of course Mimosas for everyone for Saturday's breakfast.  Note: Please knock on each hull before delivery.  Oh, don't forget the freshly ground Chocolate Macadamia Nut coffee served at precisely 147 degrees.

We'll let you know what we decide for a supper menu.
