Mike,

Yeah, that is the cheapest I think I have ever seen a 23. From all the questions on it I assume a number of people are interested in it.

Thought about moving up already, LOL

Talked to my wife about it, and looked at it and the listing is ended now, LOL

My wife is still going on about it since it is bigger, Etc.

So much work done on this 19 though...... and I really like the 19....... :)
Did my wife even notice it is 107 outside, and boat work isnt fun in hot weather......

Yea, boat work in this heat isn't a lot of fun.  I spent the entire day today helping a friend install a new mast, rigging, FF2 furler and a new head sail on his Hunter 235.  Man that was hot out there.  It was a good thing they had cold Spotted Cow beer in the fridge.

Tomorrow back to work on our own boat.

Spotted Cow beer is produced by a small Wisconsin brewery.  It is a popular beer in this area and although I am not really a beer drinker I find a cold Spotted Cow goes down well on a hot day.  I may have to stop drinking it though after looking up the brewer's description, "Fun, Fruity and Satisfying".  After all the grief that Kickingbug and I gave Salty for his "fruity" flavored beer (tasted like limes or some citrus fruit) I will get too much grief back.  How can a Spotted Cow possibly be a "fruity" beer.

Maybe I'll bring some to hand out at the CLR 2012.

Thanks, MG:
I'm not sure I would've published that "fun, fruity and satisfying" thing here in public. I may have to drive out to CLR 2012 just to witness the ribbing you're gonna get from that. I'm also not a large quantity beer guy... just a cold one or two now and then. But my tastes range from PBR to Dos Eques to my favorite- Guiness which is really more of a meal than a beer.
Back to the thread: If I lived closer, I'd seriously look at this boat. But I don't and if Koinoina even finds out I've written this, she'll give me hell. She's a looker but a jealous one at that!

Yep, if I only lived closer.  The fact that the owner will not accept a buy it now without a physical visit may indicate that there might be issues that would cause one to walk away.  However they would have to be fairly serious to deter me if I lived in the area.  If I were close, a year or two from now that thing would be a CP23 pilot house.
