Forum software upgrade completed 6-7-12

Sorry for the unanticipated downtime, but we now have the 'most Bristol' version of Forum software.

CaptK...Grog to you for everything you do for this site.  It's not easy nor cheap to operate this site, and I suspect few realize or appreciate just how much it costs and what type of skills it takes to keep the site afloat.
