Jim - there is a pic of a deck mounted anchor on a CP16 on the 19 forum.  Also a bow pulpit hanger on a 19.

hi, For my 16 I built a wooden bracket with a roller in it (roller can't be seen in the photo) and which holds a claw type anchor.  Did this last month, so this setup hasn't had its sea trial yet.....but it looks nice in the garage....

If it's a Danforth style, Defender stocks a stainless steel hanger that fits on the bow pulpit. Works fine on my CP16.
