1993 CP 27/2 For Sale

HARRIER is a 1993 Com-Pac 27/2 in good condition with 650 hours on the 18hp Westerbeke engine
She is a standard CP27 with the following changes/upgrades.
In 2006 - New harken roller furler,
               New Wheel cover, dodger, bimini & filler piece(blue)
               New full lenth cockpit cushions(white)
               Upgraded winches, primary Lewmar 30 self tail & cabin top Lewmar 16 self tail
               Raymarine Tridata and wind instriuments
In 2007 - Edson side mount single engine control
               Edson 24 inch wheel with teak rim
               Raymarine C80 multifunction display with intergrated gps,radar And Chart plotter
               Raymatine S1 wheel pilot
In 2010    Upgraded electrics with third battery, Balmar smart regulator and new Xantrex charger.
There is a shorepower Mermaid 5000btu air/heat installed but not completely hooked up, and I am not sure I'll be able to finish it.
The Main sail has the Dutckman flaking sistem and is servicable but should be replaced in the next couple of years.
The boat is located on Long Island Sound in Westport Connecticut.
