Hey guys,
I'm going to the stritly sail show in chicago coming up janauary 26th( NEXT THURSDAY till SUNDAY)  and I previosly
read that others here at CPYOA are interested also ; why don't we get a blck of rooms at the essex hotel -- Sail care is giving a limited number of rooms
at discount . Also -- we could arrange after show meet and drink  places .
Let me know -- can also call me -734-276-4349 . I'm taking the amtrac from ann arbor, mi and will be at the event starting early thursday.

I'm going up Friday and Saturday but will be staying at my sons place. The Riva on the Pier is a nice place for food and drink.

So is Bubba Shrimp on Navy Pier a good place to eat after the show. Then grab a cab and take a trip to the top-o-Hancock building at night.
Been there done that three times. No money for this time. Had a college G.F. who's parents lived on the 83rd floor, waterside.

I tried to generate some interest awhile back, but only saw a few replies. Rich Hutchings said he would attend if we got something together, but it may be too late now. I'll be there Saturday during the day.

So for those who traveled to Navy Pier Chicago for the All Sailboat Show,
What did you?  Anything that knocked your socks off?

Any Etap's?, or really good ideas? I wish they made Nonsuch's again.
