I have a 1994 Compac 35 which I have owned for about 9 years. I purchased it from Richard Huchins. It was his personal boat that he lived on for nine years. I sailed her up from Clearwater to Michigan down the Gulf, across Lake Okechobee, up the inter coastal to Chesapeake Bay, into the Atlantic to New York, up the Hudson, across the Erie canal to the Oswego canal to Lake Ontario, across to the Trent-Severn waterway to Georgian Bay on Lake Huron, up to the North Channel, across to the Straights of Mackinaw and down Lake Michigan to Grand Traverse Bay. Since then I have sailed extensively in the Great Lakes and the North Channel of Lake Huron, argueably the most beautiful cruising grounds in North America. Last year, for health reasons, was the first time in 25 years that I have not had a boat in the water and it looks as if medically, a change of scenery will be needed so Shrink Rap aka Outta Here needs to find a new home. She was appraised 2 years ago at $84,000 (bare) but I am including a LOT of equipment, electronics, a moderinized galley with front opening refrigerator instead of the dive in model, folding wheel, davits and a dingy, and much much more for $79,000. I might be willing to take a 23 or 25 in trade as we are going to try to find a spot near water, just not as BIG a water as we now have. If you have any interest in a list of stuff or pictures, please contact me at jahaskin@mbctc.com
