Had a disappointing encounter with whomever was manning the phone at Dwyer this morning:  I called with an innocent question about an order that had been placed at Dwyer on my behalf by one of their dealers, and the response was extraordinarily rude and dismissive.  I was kind of stunned by the hostility, and managed an "okay, thanks" before I hung up, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.  Is this de rigueur for Dwyer?  How has everyone else's experience with them been?
