St Petersburg Power and Sailboat Show Video RACING

I ve been developing a series of videos to promote our sailing club at the St Petersburg Boat show in December.  When the subject of racing came up, oddly enough I had no racing videos of Compac boats-- What a shock.   Bruce Bingham gave me this racing video shot on board his boat Nikki during one of the BOTY races this spring.  It s interesting to listen to his strategy and just look at that speed - wow.    Bruce is in red.

Nikki went on to win this race and the Suncoast BOTY trophy for Cruising- Not bad for a 40 year old Cape Dory 28 and her 70 year old Captain.

The next one will be on cruising with quite a lot of it shot when we took a day sail aboard Nikki this summer--- You will not believe how Bruce steers his boat
