After the over-thinking and work is done ; deck organizers/line clutches/ect

here is pics after my mast deck repair, and add-ons of mast plate with mounts for blocks( garhauer), deck organizers/line clutches ( hutchins/spinlock)
and many new blocks from Garhauer.
Lots of west systems g-flex 650 w/west 404 adheasive filler epoxy under/inbetween cabin top deck/mast deck/backing board plate . and /bi-axial cloth .
I hate loading pics from foto bucket cause I still have problems !

Thanks for posting these... In pic 063... Is that the original plywood? It looks like the mast has put a bow in the wood.

In the shot of the mast step sitting on the vise, I was wondering did the compression shape in the whole top piece come out once removed or did you have to put it on the vise and push down on the sides to reshape (bring back to level)... My mast is clearly pushing down compressing the cabin roof. I can even see some very slight bowing inside the cabin.

Answers;; the wood in the pic showing the compressed or sunken wood was as I found it , although I had to chisle away various end pieces that were staggered on top of one another
by hutchins.
the main backing plate closest to the cabin deck was the dark curved , sunken shape.
Also ;; on the vise -- was performed by filling thin layers of epoxy, sheets of biaxial cloth, and then just 2 clamps on either end with wood blocks to spread the clamping
load.
