News:

2-15-25: Gerry Hutchins, founder of Com-Pac, has crossed the bar and headed west.

Sincere condolences to his family, and a huge "Thank You!" to Gerry from all of us, I'm sure.
Requiescat in pace.

As much as this pains me Pooka is for sale.  We just don't have a need for two boats.

Pooka is a 1986 ComPac 27 sitting on a Performance trailer that was built for her.

Our boat has been maintained to the highest degree and is in very good condition.

Too many upgrades to list here.

For a complete equipment list, links to hundreds of photos and an informative video to be shot as soon as I pull the winter cover contact me at:

Asking 22K, there is very little wiggle room in that price.

Pooka is located in central Colorado. Once I have cash in hand I'll be willing to help with delivery for fuel reimbursement.

Secretly I hope she doesn't sell but the Admiral says it's best.

It's a good thing I don't have an extra 22k around!

Pooka is now sold. The new owner is a knowledgable and experienced sailor. He plans to keep her on the same lake I did. At least for the first year or so until he can take off with her just like we did.

Selling it to Bob took some of the sting out.

Fair winds Pooka.
