Risk Waters

Greetings Boating Safety Colleagues;

The USCG Office of Auxiliary and Boating Safety requests our assistance with
spreading the attached notice regarding Piracy off the coast of Somalia and
Eastern Africa.  Please distribute to those who have contact with the
boating communities within your respective areas, particularly those who use
larger recreational vessels that may travel to unsafe locations such as
described in the notice.

We've also asked NASBLA, NSBC, NWSC, BoatUS, USPS, D1 Public Affairs, and
Local Notice to Marnier to place on their websites, publications, social
media, etc.
