I think we have found our next boat. Pending a positive survey we will be owners of a Robert Perry designed Islander Freeport 38 next month. The boat is down on North Padre Island in TX.

I should have my head examined.

You're going to need a bigger truck and trailer to tow up in the Rockies. :)

Thanks guys, I'll certainly be around. It's going to be hard to sell her but I don't need two boats. Fortunately we are not in a position where we absolutely must sell. We have time to find the right buyer. We will be replacing one good old boat with another good old boat.
I'm probably going to list her at 22K hope to fetch 20K. Based on what I've seen on the market that is about right.

Good luck with the new boat, I know giving up Pooka will not be easy.  Let me know if you end up selling the boat to someone that doesn't need the trailer.... I would be very intrested in it for Miss B.
