Here is a diagram of the Maxwell #14 sheet winch on many 19's.  I had assumed I had Barlows (you know what assume means).  Truthfully, I had never even looked to see what winches were on my 19/II # 323 (red - faced admission).  This diagram will help a lot when I get around to winch maintenance this winter.
