1982 Compac 23 for sale:

This sailboat is in good condition. The exact age of the sails are unknown but they seem plenty crisp and have a lot of life left. This boat sits on a mooring in Rye Harbor NH and is sailed regularly.

Recent equipment/upgrades include:

1) June 2009: New Tohatsu 8 hp 4 cycle long shaft motor with electric start and charging circuit.
2) Sept 2009: New heavy duty 4 cycle type motor mount.
3) June 2009: Brass Barlow 15 winches rebuilt with 2 spares for parts.
4) April 2009: New LED waterproof trailer lights
5) May 2009: New DieHard Marine Battery, Platinum
6) June 2009: Sunsei SE-1500 Solar Panel, 22.5 watt
7) June 2009: 10 Amp solar controller
June 2009: Sony stereo/CD/MP3 with cockpit speakers
9) June 2009: Raymarine 435i color GPS with local area chip
10) March 2010: Raymarine ST-1000 Tiller Pilot (new in box and uninstalled)

The boat is still in the water ready for your test sail!

I am willing to cover the cost of winter storage free of charge if needed.
