   hey i just wanted to thank mike for his excellent work on the carlyle lake renzvous dvd. i know any com-pac sailor who might view it would be inspired to put a similar event together. that week was the highlight of my summer and those involved were some of the best people i have ever meant. one thing is sure---we have to have another one. plus---the cookies were great Brenda.

Kicknbug, You're welcome.  Making the DVD was a heck of a lot easier than planning the event, which you did quite well!

And as you said "Highlight of the summer" is an accurate description. Nice boats, even nicer people.  Can't be beat!

We'll make it back to Carlyle for the next rendezvous in 2012.  We may stay longer next time too.
