I caught a rerun of Mythbusters last night, and was amazed to see Adam and Jamie build a sailboat with duct tape.

I really like the lines on that boat too.  I wonder if you could use a steel tube frame like they did and then cover it with fiberglass?

that would get pretty heavy, fiberglass is strong enough, you wouldn't need the steel. But I bet u could use the steel and tape for a mold and then spray it with glass.
