2005 Compac 23D For Sale

I've listed my Com-Pac 23D for sale with Tower Marine in Douglas, Michigan.  She is the boat featured in the current brochure for the CP-23 (I took those photos myself).

Due to my wife's on-going illness, I've been able to use her very little over the last two years.

The diesel is rare, and in the words of both Hutchens brothers, "She'll be faster than any other that has a motor dragging down the stern." 

She has all of the toys, and the dealer is asking too much at $34,750.  If you like her, make a reasonable offer, and I'll make sure you can get her.  The original invoice, however, was $43,078.  So, don't expect fire-sale prices.  She's paid for, and if she doesn't sell... well, that's good for me also!
