Does anyone know far aft of the mast the CE is on the Suncat? Or do you know the 4 dementions of the sail so I can figure it myself

From a picture of "Puddle Jumper" (in http://www.sailingtexas.com/scompacsuncata.html) it looks like it would be close to 2/5 - 3/7 of the sail foot, aft the mast.

So are we talking 6' aft of the mast?

The reason I ask is I am thinking of removing the Crab Claw and Mizzen from my Catamaran   http://www.sailboatlistings.com/view/11525    and installing the Suncat rig. I need to set the CE behind the CR of the boat.

How about leaving the mizzen and replacing the crab claw with a Suncat rig?  More sail and easier to balance.

Yep thought of that. I have room to do that but I am trying to loose the mizzen and install a self tending jib with the suncat rig. To leave the mizzen, I have to move the cat mast all the way to the front to clear the mizzen with the cat boom. This mast location will force me to keep the mizzen as it will put the CE about 5' in front of CR. This causes LEE Helm. This results in no tacking and no going to weather. The very things I'm trying to overcome. Present sail plan from the builder puts the CE 4' in front of the CR. You need bow thrusters to overcome that, not 20 SQ Ft of mizzen. the boat has no center boards. The Suncat rig also is a plus because if the mastender system. Stand the mast and go. Suncat is 150 SQ ft. Crab claw is 116 sq ft main and 30 sq ft mizzen.
