Catamarans made by Hutchins

I've been looking for one of the three C-Cat catamarans made by Compac about 15 years ago.  I had located one in Texas, and was trying to buy it, had made a down payment, then couldn't get in contact with the seller any more.  I am still interested in buying one of them as a liveaboard/retirement home, now that I am actually retired.  Will be reluctantly selling my 23/3, as I won't need two boats!
