There are a few of us who have found our way back to site, I have a suspicion that most of us are also on small boats cruising long--- and learned that site is up from there.

There are a lot of old time regular posters who seem not to have found their way back here yet.  Just wondering if it would be proper to email those who have posted their address under profile, or would that be kind of forward?

I found my way back because I got an automated reply to a thread here I had subscribed to. I posted a message on the Com-Pac Yahoo Group about our forum being back but didn't get any response.

Maybe once the domain name starts pointing to the correct site a moderator can send out a mass email to let all the members know.

   i did both checked occasionally and contacted captk on the sailfar site. i passed the info along to five other cp16 sailors i met here a couple of years ago. like you i suspect not everyone got the word. i think a mass e mail to old members would take care of the problem. maybe even a message sent to jerry hutchins might help. and another thanks to capt K

I got an email from Bob (Thank you Bob), or it might have been some time before I realized it was back up and running.
