hi, love this site.  i've spent many hours learning about my boat.  now a question about the trailer.  i need to change out the "bunk cradles", is that how i'd say it?  it's the metal parts that cradles the carpeted supports.  any ideas?  also, the wench stand is rusted almost all the way through, and i can't seem to find it anywhere.  thank you all so much, and hope to see ou on the mosquito lagoon.

Cool!  Glad you found the site.

I don't exactly know the answer to your question.  Are you also replacing the carpet covered wood, too?  It seems that I read somewhere on this site that the wood is green.  That is, not kiln dried.  So, it bends more easily.  **Someone chime it if they know for sure.**  You may want to contact Com-Pac for the metal parts replacement.  You might try a boatyard or trailer dealer as well.  Same for the winch.

Good luck and let us know what you find out.
