Evinrude Outboard Operator's Manual

When my father passed his CP16 to me, he also gave me the Evinrude 4 Deluxe (1993) outboard that he bought for the boat.

Unfortunately, I cannot locate the operator's manual.  Evinrude doesn't have them online and it costs $36 to buy one from online.  That seems a bit ridiculous to me.  Does anyone have any ideas where I might be able to find it online for free?  I have searched google but couldn't find a darn thing.
