The following is a transcription of the specifications for the CP 19 found on the CPYOA site in Jan 04.

Com-Pac 19 Specifications:

These specifications are appropriate for all original Com-Pac 19 models, starting in 1980 with Hull #1 and continuing to until 1984 with Hull # 266.  The original Com-Pac 19 does not have a bowsprit, which is probably the most reliable way to differentiate them from the later models.

Hi Marcus, Regarding the Com-Pac 19 specs.; in the June issue of Sailing there is an article on mast tuning. The subject of mast angle or rake is discussed and they conclude that the boat mfg. specs. should state the optimum angle of the mast from plumb. Is there any information on this from Com-Pac? Thank you.
Regards,
Steve :)

Hi Steve,
Com-Pac in Robert Burgess's book Handbook of Trailer Sailing says the mast on the 19 should be plumb.  The 19 has good balance and a desired amount of weather helm with no tuning.  It has more to do with the shape of the hull.  I have sailed both the 16 and the 19 and the 19 is far more balanced with a plumb mast.  If you let go of the tiller in a stiff breeze the 16 will head up abruptly.  The 19 under the same conditions will head up gently and luff.
Bye,

Craig Weis

I kick my mast just a tad foward to combat weatherhelm. But I think the Idasalor rudder helps a lot in this department too.
