I bought the boat and picked it up Aug. 4th. Have moved it to Charlotte NC. Be on Lake Norman Soon. Boat is Hull number 189. She is in great shape. I guess I will have to find out how to join the owners association.

I saw the video.  That was certainly tempting.  Good price, too, IMO.

I kept our 16 on Lake Norman for years, in the Mooresville area.  Nine months out of the year the wind fetches from the southwest, directly up the lake to our dock.  One month, usually early spring, it'll blast down from the northwest.  July and August, I swore off.  Way too many crazies out there for me.  Plus, very little wind.  Think of a cork floating in a pot of boiling water as it's stirred up......not a pretty site.  Still swearing oaths about that.

Anyway, fall promises to be beautiful with great sailing.  Best wishes from Lake James.
