Forestay length

Do any of you Compac 19 sailors know the actual length of the forestay with the rig set up, on the bowsprit model? I'm trying to establish the maximum luff length available for a genoa. I know the I and J dimensions but I would like to know the actual forestay length.
I can't get to my boat this weekend to run a tape up there myself. The squaw on the hippopotamus being equal to the sum of the squaws on the other two hides gives me 22' 9", but I'd like to confirm that.

John,

Your equation "The squaw on the hippopotamus being equal to the sum of the squaws on the other two hides" makes me want to run down to the length and measure mine.  I'll do it later this morning.

However, do you have a 19 or a 19 w/ bowsprit?

It's a 1991 Mk11 with bowsprit. I is 21'9" and J 7'1" I believe.
I need to know if a jib with a luff length of 21'4" will have enough stretch room to fit when hauled up tight.
